Return policy

At KidSwift, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your child perfectly. That's why we have a hassle-free return policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns for any reason, whether it's a sizing issue, a change of mind, or a defect in the product.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number.

Once you have the return authorization number, carefully package the product in its original packaging and include all the accessories and documentation that came with it. Make sure to write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.

Next, ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, such as personalized or customized products, as well as items that are marked as final sale. Additionally, any product that shows signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
